This is Mount Koshka, or Cat Mountain, in the Ukraine (next to Russia). It was named this because people think it looks like a crouching cat or a cat curled up on its side, in sleep. Somebody monkeyed with a picture of it to give a good idea of how the mountain looks in their imagination...
